Welcome to the website of the OSTOJA WILANÓW housing estate of FADESA POLNORD POLSKA (“FPP”). It is with great pleasure that we present information on the estate and our offer of apartments.
Ostoja Wilanów is located in one of the most prestigious areas of Warsaw. The neighbourhood of the Wilanów Palace with its vast royal park grounds make it a truly privileged location. Ostoja Wilanów stands out due to its unique style and architectural concept. The estate’s designers put a lot of effort into integrating it with the special architecture of the area. The best architects were put in charge of developing the estate’s concept. A modern complex of city villas and multi-family houses is surrounded by vast green areas. Recreation grounds and green areas account for as much as 45 percent of the estate. Right in the heart of the estate there is a 2-hectare park with a charming lake running 300 metres long, with bridges across it and walkways along its banks. In addition, the residents of the Ostoja Wilanów estate have at their exclusive disposal a wooded park with an educational trail and a lit sports field. The estate offers a number of playgrounds. A square located in al. Rzeczypospolitej, opposite the Temple of Divine Providence, with its characteristic wording OSTOJA WILANÓW made of green boxwood is the estate’s showpiece. The estate offers numerous retail facilities and a nursery school. The buildings stand 4 floors tall, apartments on ground floors have dedicated gardens with terraces, and higher-floor apartments have balconies or terraces.
